The Ask: Re-create RAEKWON's iconic "Only Built for Cuban Linx." album.
The Challenges: Raekwon is an American rapper and a member of the famous 90's rapping group–Wu-Tang Clan. My client approached me and expressed wanting to celebrate his cousin's Raekwon success in the hip-hop and rap community.
The Big Idea: For Raekwon's 25th year anniversary, the client expressed that he wanted to keep the original signature vibe of the original album, but make the members of Raekwon look like elephants. Originally, he wanted an original illustration but we talked it over resulting in this photo-edited album.
