The Ask: Promoting an eco-friendly vinyl that lets you groove while protecting Mother Earth and saving you money. 🌍💰
The Challenges
Vinyl records are gaining popularity among the younger generation, but they often come with a hefty price tag. Traditional LP records are made from polyvinyl chloride, a material that's difficult to recycle and emits toxic fumes when produced. Moreover, vinyl records are heavy and prone to wear and tear over time. How can Spotify step in to offer the same rich, warm audio quality of traditional vinyl records while also supporting the environment for this younger generation?
The Big Idea: Spotify will launch an advertising campaign for its upcoming vinyl product, compatible with standard record players and capable of playing any song via Bluetooth connectivity to your Spotify account. Featuring iconic album covers from artists like Kanye West, Nirvana, Katy Perry, Alice Cooper, The 1975, and Joy Division, music lovers worldwide can look forward to contributing to a cause greater than themselves while indulging their passion for music.
